MFP puts this around 9 net carbs and a whopping 688 calories so go big or go home. (actually, a person with common sense would eat half of this and save the other half for later… OOPS)
there was some 90% lindt, some unsweet coconut milk, and some SF s’mores torani involved. A+ would snarf again.

keto ketogenic lchf low carb dessert mug cake

Drinking from the adorable bottle adriennedoeslife got me for my birthday and resisting my cravings for hawaiian pizza, mostly because i *know* the cravings originate from my plan to get back on track with my nutrition today. i’m easing myself into lchf by having a banana to help with sweet cravings and also brought some carrots to snack on along with my spaghetti squash and salmon. I’m ready to be back on track and quit being down. I’ve been feeling like crap and super bloated and I know why now (health related) and I just want it to be over and move past it. I just feel like when I over indulge I feel like shit and do it over and over and sink into negative feelings about myself. 

Think I’ll post some “restart” photos and plan with goals and such tomorrow if i’m not too busy cuddling up with my husband. xoxo

Got my hair cut and colored today and bought some new tools for styling my hair, along with some new threads because I’m feeling frumpy lately. But this helped. And then I did housework while watching Season 2 of House of Cards and now I’m having some carrots and hummus and I feel generally a lot better. I need to prep my lunch, snacks, and breakfast for the next couple of days before I can get to the fun stuff. Gonna try a circuit workout tonight thanks to inspiration from adriennedoeslife and then snuggle with my husband and watch Doctor Who. I work the next two days so I’ll be fairly busy.
